Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, here at Sweet Piper we are more than happy to ship over seas; please contact us for more information.
Do you create custom gift sets?
Yes! We create beautiful hampers, these are sold in our online store. We are also happy to customise our hampers for you, just send us a message and we will be in touch.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 7 days. Returned goods must be in original packaging. Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return.
Why Soy Wax?
Soy wax is 100% natural wax derived from soybeans. Soy wax is non-toxic and cleaner burning, this is due to being made with no toxins, carcinogens, or pollutants which means our candles are less likely to trigger allergies.
